windows xp

I installed windows xp on this computer. I had windows
98. After I installed the xp version, I can't open my
quickbooks pro 99 program or the games I previously
downloaded and purchased. When trying to open quickbooks
I get an error "application failed to start ICG32.dll.

Any ideas? I have 10 years of business info in that
program.
