Help...I want to erase everything on my computer and
reinstall windows XP from my disk. I have already tried
to download a Killdisk program, but I can't make it work.
We have too much junk on the computer which makes it
slow, etc...I want to get rid of everything and start
from scratch, but I don't have a clue.
