Install only goes through phase one starts to reboot and starts phase one all
over???
 
When it reboots are you telling it to boot from HD? not cd-rom

not sure if that what your asking?
 
When it reboots the only opption is to boot from CD I can not change that. If
I do nothing it just sits in limbo with the boot from CD on screen
 
Go into bois when it start to boot up and have just HD boot first then cdrom.
It sound more like a hardware problem...
