Windows XP X64 Install Problem

Here is all the info. I have an Intel D945PVS board with an Intel 660
Processor. 1 WD 300 GB HDD and a GForce 7800 GTX OC graphics card. When I go
to install X64 it only goes through phase one then restarts. It asks to boot
from CD and starts phase one all over. I checked the BIOS and the system sees
all the drives correctly. It boots to DVD, Floopy HDD. Any Ideas??

minutes.. please try to stick with the original posting..
