Windows XP--words on toolbars are hidden

When I start my Windows XP, the icons load but no text is
displayed--even "START" is gone, but the flag remains, and
if you click the icon it comes up, but no words are
displayed.

To use the VBS Files: Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you
may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs
file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
