If you are referring to look and feel, technically in some ways yes,
Microsoft does not support programs that replicate the look and feel of
Windows Vista on say Windows XP since it is copyrighted works. I have not
read anything on the Company agressively going against anyone, since
Company's like StarDock Object Desktop does such kind of software and they
are a Microsoft Gold Partner.
I doubt that there's anything that actually "transforms" XP into Vista
other than an actual Vista upgrade. There are packages that make XP
look like Vista to some extent. I know there's something to implement
the "Flip" task-switcher, and maybe there's something to implement a
facsimile of Aero Glass. AFAIK, these things are perfectly legal.
mess up the interface and under-clock your cpu, remove half your ram,
corrupt your registry and then xp will run as well as vista
One of these days, far into the future, you may decide to mature. I won't hold my breath. How in the world does your family deal with your immaturity? My condolences to them.
