Windows XP website username & password

When I go to most websites, there is a username and
password field to enter your info. Then, some sites make
a Windows XP window pop-up to enter a username & password
for their site.

How can I delete the usernames in this Windows XP window?
I have already gone to Internet Tools and deleted the
Autocomplete Usernames & Passwords, but it doesn't work
with the Windows XP Window prompt.

Can anyone help?
