Windows XP user accounts

Hi, i have four accounts setup on computer. One is set as admin. others as
restricted users. How do i allow a certain program to be used/accessed for
all four accounts?

Put all the common program folders in the All Users folder
In Windows Explorer, normally C drive > Documents and Settings > Your user
name (or user where program does show up) > Start Menu > Programs >
Highlight the program folder you want to share > Cut > Open the "All Users"
folder\Start Menu\Programs > Paste.
