User Accounts and Installation

There are four user accounts on my PC, and all of them are administrator.
However, when I install a program like Messenger on one account, it does not
install on the other three. How can I install a program only once, and it
will be on all four accounts? Thanks.

The program IS installed, it'simply that the other userprofiles don't have
shortcuts to it.

To solve this, move the shortcuts from your Desktop or Start Menu to the
same location in the "All Users" profile.

Profiles are under "C:\Documents and Settings"
