Windows XP Updates

I have tried getting windows updates for Windows XP Home,
but I keep getting a 0x800A138F error message. Can anyone
help me resolve this problem?

First of all, make sure the computer date, time and year is correct, also check
the language setting in Internet Explorer:
1. Click "Tools" and then choose "Internet Options"
2. Click the "Languages" button
3. Make sure at least one language is listed in the "Language Options" dialog
