Windows XP Uninstalled software screenshots...

I am in the process of attempting to get a refund on software I had
downloaded and need to provide screenshots of the uninstallment of the
software and need to figure out how to proguce the required screenshots....

I ________________________(print name) herby declare that I

have uninstalled the software package (listed above) and have

included screenshots of the uninstall screen of the software

package along with this form and request a full refund.

This is the end statement I got from the company and need help to furnish
their screenshots...

All right, I go to the Control Panel, double click on the "Add or Remove
Programs", select the program I want to uninstall, the uninstaller
uninstalls the program and displays that is has been uninstalled, now what
and how do I get the screen view to show the screen shot of it being
uninstalled. How do I get the jpg or bmp graphic of the screen to send with
the doccumment I amd supposed to email to the company?
