windows xp tablet install no cdrom

how would i go about installing xp tablet on my machine that has no cdrom or
floppy ...it does have a pcmcia card slot tho ....can i format a card and
install from there ? or how would i install from the internal hard drive ?

Consult the manufacturer of your TabletPC for assistance in
reinstalling the OS; they were contractually obligated to have provided
you a means of returning the TabletPC to its original, ex-factory state.
