Windows XP stopped reading any CD but okay in DOS

Hello, all.
My notebook Fujitsu E4010(P4 1.4G, 60G HDD, 512Mram) stopped reading any CD
in Windows XP. All CD's displayed like blank CD's and shows F: drive only.

Neverthless, this computor can read bootable CD to make DOS booting and has
no problem in reading CD's in DOS operation(DOS booted).

Can anybody help this situation, please?

Well. The good news is that it's not a hardware problem.
