Windows xp states that my blank DVD disks are full.?

In properties in the shortcut menu it states that my blank DVD disks are full
when they are brand new. I have tried more than one make of disk and i have
tried more than one burner.

Try getting disk info from within your burning program. eg: Nero

My properties in XP say it's full too but they burn just fine.
