If you know what BIOS you have, go here http://www.pcguide.com/ts/x/sys/beep/index-i.htm
Otherwise, go to the web site of your PC or motherboard manufacturer and
search for "BIOS beep codes" or "beep" or similar.
Based on the page above, you probably have an AMI BIOS and probably have
a failed processor or motherboard. Don't give up, however, although
your motherboard or cpu MAY be toast, follow the troubleshooting advice
on the above site: "There is a problem related to the processor or
motherboard. Note that this doesn't mean that the processor is
necessarily dead; with a dead processor the system won't boot at all (it
runs the BIOS code that is used to start up the
PC.)
