Windows XP startup

When I start my computer i always get this message
The amount of system memory has changed. Strike the F1 key to continue
or F2 to run the utility setup

Do you know how to fix this.
 
Test your computer memory. If bad then that will explain your problem.
Replace the bad memory stick. If you installed it, then you might have a
Warranty Replacement, if bad.
