windows xp start up

What is wrong when I receive the message "fatal execution
error" or something about "SqLserver" "notifyalert.exe" I
can click on the "x" and the error goes away only to pop
up again. I have tried to ask "Dell" but they don't know
anything.
 
Ella, go to Start>Run type: msconfig select Startup and see if
there's an entry that has Sql Server in it. If yes, Uncheck
