Periodically and for no apparent reason I am getting the
following message:
NotifyAlert.exe - Application Error
[There is a white X in a red circle]
"The application failed to initialize properly
(Oxc 0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application. "
Sometimes this occurs when I am not using the computer. It
will just pop up on my desktop with an MS warning "ding"
sound. Other times, I am using a program. Doesn't seem to
be related to any particular program. I am using a
wireless connection to broadband cable. No problems with
connection. Have a Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop with Windows
XP Pro.
Thanks for your help. THis is not earth-shattering, just
annoying. Always hate to ignore any error message.
