WINDOWS XP Start up

Every time I start Windows XP I get a message ont he screen saying:
"The procedure entry point "UseGlobalNamespace" could not be located in the
dynamic link library VSUTIL.dll"
Everything seems to work ok, but I keep wondering if there's something wrong
 
Uninstall ZoneAlarm, reboot computer, re-install ZoneAlarm. This should cure
the problem.
