Windows XP SP3

N

NØLXX

I have been hunting the TechNet and MSDN websites for the Microsoft Windows
XP SP3 download able file this morning and it seems to be no where to be
found. According to my clock here it is approximately 9:35 A.M. on Tuesday
April 29, 2008. This is Central Daylight Time. I know Microsoft is 2 hours
behind me being Pacific Time. Shouldn't have the SP3 been available at 0001
U.T.C. since it is the start of the day officially? (I know they could have
set this up on a delay to hold it for download till 0001 U.T.C. I've done
that myself.)

They're under the most popular downloads section on the first page. And
have been for a couple of weeks.

Not there. Only the description of what is included in SP#

Well, Richard...I downloaded it last week. And, I just logged in to my MSDN
subscription, and see the download just fine. It's under Top Subscriber
Downloads on the MSDN Subscriptions page. ISO of the CD.

I also logged in to my TechNet subscription and see it just fine.

The key word is "MSDN Subscriptions".
What about help for people without this subscription?

I was simply disputing your comment that it wasn't on MSDN or TechNet. You
never said you *weren't* a subscriber.

Availability on Technet and MSDN is for subscribers only. Availability
to the general public supposedly starts some time today.

-Roger
