Windows Xp Sp2

I'm not able to download music from the internet ven though I have set up the
firewall to "ALLOW" the program in the Xp sp2 settings. Can anyone help me
with this problem?

What your are using for the download?
You must "allow" the program or application you are using for dowload to be
set under ICF "EXCEPTIONS" checking under "ADD PROGRAM" ...
