Windows xp sp2

I recently downloaded and installed windows xp sp2. I'm
getting the following error when I right click on any
file with my mouse.

The error is as follows: "Explorer.exe application error.
The instruction at "0x076416" referred to memory
at "0x0000000". The memory could not be written.

Also, it seem to take longer for my computer to login
with sp2? Before I installed sp2 it took only about I
timed it at 2 mins now after sp2 installation it take up
to I timed it at 5 mins?

Is there anyway I can fix the error and speed up login
time process with sp2.

Are you using Divx 5.2? If so go back to version 5.1
