Windows XP SP2

I have PC-Cillin, and I already reconfigured my firewall to approve the
microsoft update website. I still get the same error as before 0x80072EFD.
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. What should I do? If anyone knows, please help!!
