Windows XP SP2 service pack problem with MSN

after downloading and installing the SP2 my MSN internet sign on screen
pops up when windows starts and and other time I have tried the msconfig, the
setting in the connections in internet explore and serveral other thing but
nothing works when I restore my computer back to it was befor the SP2 update
it stopes doing it.

Call MSN for customer support. MSN normally works after installing SP2.
