windows xp sp2 rc1 with sms2 sp4 administrator console

im trying test the sp2 of xp in sms 2 environment. after upgrading windows xp sp2 on our sms2 admin console, sms no longer see any data in collections,packages, advertisements. i already open the port 2701-2704 but still no effect. I also disable windows firewall and still sms console does not work. I appreciate any help you can give me
