Windows XP (sp2) error code

Hi,

My machine often reboot with the following error message:

Error Code: 1000000a¡Aparameter1 000000a0¡Aparameter2 00000002¡Aparameter3
00000001¡Aparameter4 804e6701¡C

ps. My Nav program is PC- cillin Internet Security 2005.
