my windows 2003 enterprise server is auto restart
and event view as below

source: System Error
class:(102)
event id:1003
¿ù»~½X 00000020¡Aparameter1 00000000¡Aparameter2 0000ffff¡Aparameter3

pls help me , thanks!

Looks like you may be running in to the following issue, since all the
parameters of the Event ID 1003 match up as outlined in the article:

905539 You may receive a "Stop 0x00000020" error message on a computer that
is running Windows Small Business Server 2003 or Windows Server 2003
