Automatic restarting

I use WIN XP with an Athlon 64 2800+. The problem is that
the OS keeps restarting automatically.

From Event Log:
Source: System Error
ID: 1003
Cathegory: 102

Error code 0000004e, param1 00000099, param2 00000000,
param3 00000000, param4 00000000.

And the next tine it was:

Error code 1000008e, param1 c0000005, param2 8053ce49,
param3 aa602b10, param4 00000000.
