Windows xp sp2 Dirext X diag Causes reboot

When I run direct x diag if i dont bypass directplay my pc reboot's.
Is there a fix for this and does any one else have this problem I didnt have
it untill
I installed sp2.

Try updating and/or reinstalling the display adapters drivers/software,then
retry test.
