Computer Reboots from Bugcheck

New system keeps rebooting randomly and chronically. Have run: Dell's Diag for all hardware, Direct X Diag, ATI Diag, Norton Antivirus and Cleansweep, Win Defrag, had the video card changed out, even reinstalled XP (full install). Drivers should be up to date as well as XP updates. Seems to happen with video and mass media apps - uninstalled all games but no help. Dell advanced tech support wants me to reinstall XP, all sw and patches/upgrades AGAIN.

I dont have the binaries and symbol files to read the minidumps but files are available

These are the System Error Report Logs from the last 3 reboots. (No messages correlating with reboot in the Apps or Security logs.

Any ideas b4 insanity sets in would be greatly appreciated. :)
