Windows XP shutdown

I keep having a problem with a single program holding me up from shutting
down windows. Only problem is I don't know which application it is because
it is labeled "Unititled -- App" with a logo in the left have box that "FMC"
arranged in a pyrimad. Any one have any Ideas on finding it and uninstalling
it? Thanks -
