Windows XP Shut Down problem....

Everytime I go to Shut Down Windows XP, it doesn't Shut
Down the first time, I always have to go and Shut Down a
second time before it actually shuts down. Does anyone
know of any remedy for this.......Thanks, Bob

Rick,
I went to that site, and did everything asked, and
the PC still doesn't shut down on the first try. Is there
anywhere else to go and look for help?
