windows xp service pack 2

I followed the instructions to install windows xp service
pack 2. Since the conclusion of the installation I have
been unable to start up the computer. I get the
following message STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003,
0xFFB237c8, 0xFFB239C, 0x805FA7A8). This comes up even
if I start the computer in safe mode. Help, Please!
