In our company we develop software for bluetooth products.
I would like to know how we can obtain the latest version of windows service pack (sp2) to test it against our products
Is it possible to become a "beta tester" to evaluate the latest version of the service packs

If you have a MSDN subscription, SP2 Beta is available there.
