windows xp service pack 2

I installed this horrible thing and now my computer is
all screwed up - royally!! It freezed where I have to
unplug it, very slow, all my settings are screwed up, I
can't take it off and system restore doesn't work!!! Also
my mouse cursor constantly blinks! Somebody please help!!

If System Restore does not work and you can not uninstall through
Add/Remove Programs, perform a Repair Installation:
