Windows XP service pack 2 installation won't continue with no erro

Using WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU installation never completes setup Wizard
checking for necessary space - Running processes before install. Does anyone
have any suggestion. I guess the worst idea is to reformat and start from
the beginning.

I just did a defrag and I had 13GB on disk drive. Defrag didn't make much
difference. Maybe I'll try again since I have defragged.
