Windows XP Service Pack 2 content

I've read that Windows XP SP2 largely addresses security problems, but does
any know what else is included with the Service Pack when it finally becomes
available ?

I'm interested in knowing if MS will be including a Bluetooth stack, and how
that would affect my existing Bluetooth stack and drivers (Belkin).

Thanks for any pointers.
