Greetings,
Last month I bought DVD Xpress from
http://www.tigerdirect.com and have been having
difficulties in installing the ADStech CapWiz device.
Specifically, I cannot install their drivers. According
to their manual, first I need to install Microsoft USB
2.0 Drivers from Microsoft, which they say comes bundled
with WinXP Service Pack 1 (now 1a).
However, when I do that from Microsoft, I get the
following error message:
"Windows XP SP1 is incompatible with this version of
Windows. For more information, contact Microsoft."
I have spent days in searching Microsoft's FAQ and
troubleshooter sections with no results. The DVD Xpress
support staff is of no help, either.
