windows xp screensavers gone

Hey,
I setup a new pc for a user here. When he logs into the pc and
goes to the screensavers tab in the display properties the drop down box for
choosing a screensave is blank. The only option he has is "none". When i
login i have a list of screensavers. Anyone know what this could be?

I had a few different people login to the network on this pc and the only
people that can change change the screensaver are people with admin rights.
This is not a problem on any of the other pc's on the network. Any ideas?
