Windows XP restarts when shut down computer

I have problem with my computer that Windows XP restarts
when I try to shut down my computer and i search on the
web and find this

CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following conditions are
true:
1: You have "automatically restart" selected.
2: The Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 or Direct CD 5.0 program
is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact Roxio, or visit the
following Roxio Web site to download and install the
updated driver for Easy CD Creator 5.0 for Windows XP:
http://www.roxio.com

But
1: There is no automaticakky restart selected on my
computer
2: I did not instal The Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 or
Direct CD 5.0 program on my computer. From last four days
i am searching for this problem but every search reply
same.

Please help me if you can and send me email.

Have you recently installed any new hardware. Even a mouse driver can cause
this. I think it was a Logitech one that does this. Also make sure you've
not got a virus by running an av scan and spyware scan just in case.
