Windows xp remote connectivity

Has anyone been able to use this xp feature? Are there
any pros and cons? Do you know of any pros and cons over
pcanywhere? Can one connect between xp home and xp
office editions?

Yes - I always enable the remote desktop feature on XP Pro. It's much, much
better than PC-Anywhere in my opinion. It's faster and more reliable over
any speed of connection. You also don't need to worry about setting up
users, security etc. as it just uses the standard XP local users.

You can connect to an XP Pro machine from any other version of windows that
can run the Remote Desktop client (XP Pro, XP Home, Windows 2000 etc.)

Desktop client"?

You can make an installation floppy with the Remote Desktop Client on it
from your XP machine. Go to Help & Support for instructions.
