I am trying to reinstall windows office xp. I disabled Norton's anti virus.
During reinstall, it asks me for product key - I enter it, but it keeps
giving me a message "Invalid Product Key". My key is valid, I called Microsoft,
they gave me another key but it gives me same error message, so cause
of error message is something different.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

sounds to me like you are just entering the product keys
in wrong. make sure your 6's are sixes and g's are 'g'
etc etc. i doubt both keys you have could genuinely be
wrong. unless you are trying to perform an operation
(upgrade vs clean install) that your version of windows
will not let you.

Make sure you are using the Office XP key and not the Windows XP key.
