A problem has developed on my home PC whereby a blank box with no text, a red
circle and white cross, with a yes/no option appears after attempting to
login. When i enter my password in the login box this box appears and no
matter which option i select (i.e. yes or no) the program appears to loop
round and directs me to the login page again.

There are no apparent error messages.

Can you help me?
