Windows XP/Publisher 98

I have several pc's running xp pro and publisher 98. When I go to save a file in Publisher, I receive the following message:

Publisher cannot create a temporary working file.

I can't find much support for publisher98 so I am posting the question here. Thank you.

Well you didn't look very hard - if at all, now did you?! Please post all
Publisher related issues to microsoft.public.publisher.
