hi,
i am installing windows xp pro edition on my dell latitude
cpxj system.
i ran the upgrade advisor on my system before doing so,
and received the following message.

"Setup has found programs on your computer that are
incompatible with (that is, they do not work with) Windows
XP. Contact your software vendors to obtain updates or
Windows XP-compatible versions. If you don't update these
programs before you upgrade, the programs will not work
after the upgrade is completed.

MS DTC (in Control Panel)

Before you upgrade to Windows XP, you should remove any
incompatible programs if you can. "

do i need to upgrade MS DTC ? if yes, where can i find the
upgrade and how do i install it?
please advise.
thanks!!

Uninstall "MS DTC"...it is not required for Windows XP.
