I've installed winxp pro and sience i've installed him i receive alot of
errors like:
http://www.ciprulz.org/error/ - what can I do to dont receive those messages
anymore? please help me!

this is not an error , it is a spyware..
u need to download antispyware from microsoft.com
in case , it didn't solve it
try to download SMITREM file that help to remove all these kind of errors
