windows xp professional error message

i am having a problem my computer has windows xp professional already
installed on it and now since it was unpluged i get an error message when i
turn on my computer that says insert system disk and press enter. what does
that mean and how can i fix this problem i don't get the windows xp logo all
i get is the error message i don't have the cd for the operating program or a
boot disk any one know what i can do please help
 
Check you floppy drive and see if there is a floppy disk in it,
then remove it. If that is not the problem, you'll need to purchase
a "Full Version" of Windows XP Professional and proceed with
a "Repair Install".

i don't have the cd or the boot disk that is why i am asking for help with
this problem.
 
In that case, you'll need to go out and purchase a
copy of Windows XP as I mentioned earlier.
