Windows XP Professional crashes to a STOP ERROR randomly

HI,

I have a Win XP computer that randomly crashes to a STOP ERROR. I have tried
analysing the minidump files but the data is inconclusive. I can send (email)
the copies of the minidump files (64 KB each) if someone will help me to
diagnose and suggest a solution. Please email me back at

Most important is the Stop code, that will appear on the first line of a
Blue screen, and also if you use the Event viewer (control Panel - Admin
Tools) to look at the System Log.
