Twin View is a function of the video adapter and thus if the video adapter
that you have supports the use of a second monito or TV outpu, then the
drivers will load this extra function.
No use having somthing being visible in XP whch is not supported by a
device. We'd all be complaining to Microsoft that we can't see the second
display..even when it couldn't be physically connected to a PC!
