Windows XP Pro - upgrade

I recently upgraded from Windows XP Home to Pro. Now
system is not working well - very slow, hangs up -
previouslyly installed games will not open or operate.
Pleae help!

By itself, the upgrade from Home to Pro has no adverse effects on a system.
If the only change that you have made to your system is the upgrade, then
you likely did something incorrectly during the upgrade.
